Consumer Law
Consumer law provides a mechanism for redressal against unfair trade practices and deficiency in goods or services. We advise and represent consumers and businesses in disputes under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, ensuring effective enforcement of rights and obligations.

We act in consumer disputes relating to defective goods, deficiency in services, unfair trade practices, and product liability claims including medical negligence. Our work includes filing and defending complaints before District, State, and National Consumer Dispute Redressal Commissions, handling applications, and pursuing appeals & revision petition where necessary. We also advise businesses on compliance and risk mitigation, with a focus on efficient resolution and protection of legal interests.
