Service Matters
Service law governs the rights and obligations of employees in public and private employment. We advise and represent government and private sector employees and authorities in matters relating to service conditions, disciplinary actions and service-related disputes.

We assist in service matters including appointments, promotions, transfers, disciplinary proceedings, suspension and termination. Our work includes representing clients before Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), State Administrative Tribunals, High Courts and the Supreme Court. We also advise on service rules, departmental inquiries, and challenges to administrative actions, ensuring that decisions are examined on legal and procedural grounds.
